For all projects, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit up front before we begin any work. This initiates the design process with Rhiannon. After the design is approved by the client, the design is passed off to Valerie to begin the coding process. Once coding is complete, a mock-up site will be available for client review (this is the client's opportunity to test the site's functionalities). This mock-up site will not be visible to the general public. Once this version of the site has been approved, any remaining balance due on the project will be required. Once full payment has been received, the new site will be launched! You will have a period of 2 weeks to let us know about any bugs or minor issues that you are having, and we will fix them lickety split! After the 2 weeks is up, we aren't just going to leave you hanging. We are always available and happy to help at our regular hourly rate.
